More Bridges to be Added

Well I've discovered a systematic error in the bridge list. Bridges on the OHBI list having "CA" in the build date or having no build date listed at all have been left off as a consequence of the way I've filtered the OHBI database!

I have now generated a list of these and will begin going through and adding them to the bridge list as appropriate. There could be more than 50 "new" additions! I'll post here when this process is complete.
