Updates to Van Wert County

Rick McOmber was able to get a bridge report from Curt Wilkinson, Van Wert County Engineer about its extant bridges. I've updated that section. There are several interesting bridges remaining. A leg bedstead at the Van Wert County fairgrounds and a Fink Lattice Pony (8130310). Unfortunately we are missing pictures of both these bridges.
