New Addition to Henry County

Anne Ellis sent me pictures and information about this abandoned bridge on a trail to Showman-Edwards Cemetery. Read more about it and its ghost(s) at Grave Addiction a website documenting cemeteries. Near the bridge is a plaque memorializing William H. Precht who according to the plaque died at the bridge in 1931 in a tractor accident.

The Pratt Through Truss bridge appears like a Massillon Bridge Company construction built about the turn of the century.
