Updates to Columbiana County

Jeremy Clevenger previously confirmed and photographed many of the bridges in Columbiana Co. Now Columbiana County Engineer Tom Hutson has graciously provided information and photos of his bridges to complete the story for this county.

He reported that the Echo Dell bridge (pictured) is about to get a new floor system so it should remain in service for some time to come.
