Updates Made to Defiance County

Rick McOmber sent some confirmations and photos for Defiance County, which have been added to the list. He was able to condirm a number of small pony bridges.

Don O'brien sent in some pictures of the interesting Otway bridge in Scioto County. This is a 2-span bridge consisting of a wood covered bridge and a metal Warren Pony Truss. I don't have a date on the metal portion but it replaced a wood Smith truss pony sometime after 1874 according to Miriam Wood's book.
