Bridge Added to Pike County

Don O'Brien from the southern Ohio area has made several recent contributions to the website. He tracked down this bridge in Pike county (SFN 6631398) from the OHBI list. It has a 1930 build date but may be the oldest remaining in Pike so I added it the bridge list.
